About Jo
I'm Jo — a reflexologist, resin artist, intuitive guide, and creative soul, based in beautiful Lindisfarne, Tasmania.
Over the years I've walked many paths. Some illuminating, some quietly difficult, all of them purposeful. Each one has shaped the way I now show up for the people who find their way to me.
I believe healing is rarely linear, and never a quick fix. It's a sacred remembering, a slow and tender returning to yourself. My role is simply to hold the space steady while you find your way back.
Through Soul of Diamonds Therapy, I offer a calm, soulful space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without needing to perform your healing or rush your process. Whether you arrive carrying something heavy, something unspoken, or simply a quiet knowing that something needs to shift, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
I've been a qualified reflexologist since 2013, and my reverence for the body and its innate wisdom has only deepened with time. There is so much intelligence held in the physical, and it's a privilege to work with it.
Alongside Reflexology I offer Japanese Cosmo Facelifting, a deeply restorative facial treatment that works far beyond the surface, and creative healing workshops that weave together resin art, oracle cards, and meditation. These experiences create space for something that often lives beyond words, a reconnection with self, with creativity, and with your own quiet clarity.
For those who feel called to go deeper, I also offer tarot readings as a tool for gentle guidance and reflection, and online counselling to clients across Australia, both held in the same presence and deep listening that underpins everything I do here.

My Path to This Work
I didn't arrive here by accident. Every modality I offer, I've lived alongside. The healing I hold space for is healing I've walked through myself. That's not something I wear as a badge, it's simply the truth of why this work feels less like a career and more like a calling.
If something here is speaking to you, trust that. Curiosity is often the first whisper of readiness.
I'd love to hear from you Contact Jo
