Reflex & Radiance is a purposefully sequenced 75-minute experience that works with your face and your feet in a way that is deeply connected, clinically intentional, and genuinely restorative. Not just relaxing for the sake of it, but designed to create real, lasting shifts in how you look, how you feel, and how your body holds itself.
It begins with Japanese Cosmo Facelifting, assessing and addressing tension, stagnation, and energetic imbalance through the face. What shows up there then guides the second half of your session: a personalised Foot Reflexology treatment that integrates and deepens everything uncovered in the facial work.

Japanese Cosmo Facelifting (45 minutes)
Using precise, skilled manual techniques, this specialised treatment works with your facial muscles, lymphatic flow, and subtle energetic pathways to support:
Improved circulation and natural skin brightness
Reduced muscular tension through the jaw, brow, and facial structure
A lifted, refreshed appearance
Nervous system relaxation
Insight into areas of stagnation that may correspond to deeper systemic patterns
During this stage, points of congestion, tenderness, or imbalance are observed — much like reflexology zones — and these findings become the map for everything that follows.
Foot Reflexology (30 minutes)
With the face relaxed and the body already beginning to soften, attention moves to the reflex areas of the feet that correspond with the patterns identified during the facial work. This is where the treatment becomes truly integrated and entirely yours.
Reflexology at this stage supports:

Improved circulation and energy flow
Release of held tension in the feet and lower body
