Reflexology doesn't aim to diagnose or treat conditions. It encourages deep relaxation and supports the body's own natural wisdom.

My Approach
I've been a qualified reflexologist since 2013, and my reverence for the body and its innate wisdom has only deepened with time.
I work from the peaceful, professional space at MindFitBody Clinic in Lindisfarne, home to one of Tasmania's most trusted and sought-after chiropractic practices. It's a space that already holds a reputation for genuine, high-quality care, and I'm proud to be part of that community.
Each session is held with deep care and respect, for you, your story, and the wisdom your body is already carrying.
